Goldbelt Professional Services collects and analyzes performance and compliance-related data and information and identifies mitigation strategies and course correction tactics. We provide expertise and support by evaluating processes, making recommendations for improvement and implementing those recommendations.

Goldbelt provides this expertise to the Department of State (DOS) to help understand and analyze existing business processes. We offer program and performance management support by assessing opportunities for process improvement and developing redesigned business processes. We develop and track metrics to measure process improvement effectiveness and develop performance management strategies and performance-based organizational structures. Our team identifies key performance metrics and success factors and perform performance evaluations, collecting and analyzing performance and compliance-related data and information. As needed, we identify performance mitigation strategies and course correction tactics.
