Administrative Support
Goldbelt provides Executive Administrative Assistants to support several CDC Divisions. Our personnel are charged with establishing and maintaining administrative procedures. They serve a critical role in the initial engagement for many tasks and often work as a liaison to task leadership to ensure seamless operation.
Our administrative assistants are responsible for calendar management which involves maintaining appointment calendars, briefing Division Leadership, and making logistical arrangements. We distribute communication guidance from senior leadership to management staff to meet the overall goal, timeline, process, and direction of the branch public health publications. Our administrative assistants estimate time resources required for traveling and ensure schedules are met and costs stay within budget. This includes preparing and maintaining expenditure records or spreadsheets. We prepare written materials, including planning documents, press material, talking points, and strategic guidance documents. We are coordinate travel arrangements and provide executives with travel documentation and procedures. We provide internal and external meeting support and conference support by coordinating meeting materials and confirming room arrangements.
